Our Team

Sara joined our team in February of 2025 and comes to us with over 20 years of experience in home appliance sales and repair. She quickly learned everything she could about flooring and has used her technical knowledge to find the best flooring options for our customers. Sara is diligent in her attention to detail and continuing her education on the latest products. In her free time, she enjoys baking custom cakes, working outside and spending time with friends and family.

Tatum started with Carpets Plus in July 2023 to work alongside her brother, Keegan. She is currently in her final semester at Fox Valley Technical College and will graduate with a degree in Interior Design. Tatum has used her expertise in design along with the help of our visualizer, to assist our customers in bringing their visions to reality. We are lucky to have her with us in her final semester as an intern and hopefully we will continue to work with her after graduation. Tatum enjoys spending time with family and friends, when she isn't busy planning her wedding for next summer.

Keegan has been with Carpets Plus since the previous owner, Bob, retired and learned everything he knows from him. He has done every job at Carpets Plus, including installing on occasion when the job needs to get done. Keegan prides himself on customer service and strives to provide an outstanding experience from the moment a customer steps foot in the showroom to the final installation. When Keegan isn't busy staying up to date on the latest in the flooring industry, he is spending time with his fiancé, Allie, and son, Callen.
